Every ElegaNail set is hand-finished with care to ensure salon-quality perfection. Since we craft your nails to order (to reduce waste and ensure freshness), please allow 2-5 business days for our artisans to create your set before it ships.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Timeline & Tracking

Once your nails are ready, we’ll dispatch your order promptly. Here’s what happens next:
  • Dispatch Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.
  • Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery times vary by destination:
    • United States & Europe: 8-10 business days
    • Other international regions: 8-15 business days
Exact estimates will also be shown at checkout for your specific location.
  • Tracking Updates: While we strive for timely updates, tracking information may occasionally delay due to carrier processes. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, reach out to us—we’re here to help!

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating missing packages can be. While these situations are rare and beyond our control, our team will work closely with you and the shipping carrier to investigate:
  • First, check your tracking details for delivery confirmation or nearby drop-off notes (e.g., with a neighbor).
  • If your package is marked as delivered but never received, or shows no movement for over 10 days, contact us at shipping@eleganail.com with your order number and tracking info. We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier and find a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
