- No Returns for Change of Mind: We cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items returned due to changed preferences (e.g., style, size, or color choices). Press-on nails are personal care items, and opened/used products cannot be resold to ensure hygiene.

2. Exceptions: Quality Issues & Our Errors

- Faulty or Defective Items: The product arrives with manufacturing issues (e.g., chipped designs, loose embellishments, or incorrect sizing due to our error).
- How to Claim: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at zhangjp525@gmail.com including your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your case promptly and offer solutions (e.g., full refund, replacement, or store credit) based on the situation.
3. Process for Eligible Returns
If your request qualifies under Section 2:

- Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization (if needed) and shipping guidelines.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging (if unused) to ensure we can verify the issue.
- Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Replacements will be shipped once we receive the defective item.
4. Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees for quality issues will be covered by ElegaNail. For all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom Orders: Bespoke or personalized sets are non-refundable unless defective, as they are crafted specifically for your requirements.
